[Resolved] Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — Delivery of wrong Washing Machine & faulty parts | |||
I had filed a Complaint regarding my Washing Machine being changed while servicing & repairs. It was a fully automated P-153 purchased in 2007. It was sent for repairs to their workshop in 2011 after multiple rodent issues not being sorted out. To my horror, when I called for my machine, I was told that it was not traceable. Then on being tough, they sent a machine back with a Bill of 7000/-. Since I had relocated from Hyderabad by then, the Machine was lying with my tenant concealed. On my moving to Pune in Mar 2014, I asked my tenant to transport the same here. On opening, it did not seem to be our machine. Also since i did not enough evidence to prove it, I started to use it. Within next 2 weeks, the machine broke down again. On contacting the local service engineer, he suggested replacement of another Part with Rs.4000/-. This was already supposed to be changed in the previous service. On escalating the issue, I was called by Mr. Sameer Jain from their senior officials. He completely denied everything & instead blamed me for concealing facts & benefiting by false complaint. When I questioned him on the information as to which workshop the Machine was sent in Hyderabad, he became silent & never came back. This was 2 weeks ago. Finally I decided to escalate the issue & will take it further as well dragging them. Samsung will have either surrender all the relevant bills for the Machine or get me back my original Machine.
