Dear Sirs, I purchased a small Flat coloured TV during 2006. Recently I found that after playing it for half an hour (1/2 hrs) video goes off and white strip is coming on the screen for few moments and again display is coming normal and again this is happening after 5/6 minutes interval. I contacted your authorized service center in our locality and took the TV set against one receipt and told me that they will inform me about the service required and cost of the same. But they did not inform me and I started contacting them (service agency). They first told that TV CRT got damaged and need to be replaced which may cost Rs 3500(approx). When I told it is nothing with that CRT but seems to me due to some capacitor problem, immediately they changed the version and said yes it seems some circuit problem and may cost less within Rs.2000. But from that time they are not giving any clear cut statement about the fault of my TV and Cost of repair and it seems to me that I am going to be cheated. We always give due respect to your brand name and have full confidence of your rendered service. I would like to request you to look into this matter and sort out this problem. Regards Saibal Raut
