Sir, This is to inform you that i had buy a new galaxy note 3 neo and it is brand new phone and it is not working properly after 2 hours since i buy it .So please i kindly request you to change my handset soon .I am attaching my bill to your mail id .my complain number is [protected]. i went to samsung care but they are not talking properly please take action towards my complain.
