this is azhar waseem and my samsung customer id is [protected] . on may end i registered a complaint with samsung regarding gas leakage . the appointed me a service cnetre who took me for a ride they repaired my ac atlast and i got the delivery of ac on june 2 using ac for 10 days i got the same issue again . i re registered mhy complaint on 7th july . 1 week after i registered the complaint the service representative came to my house che cked the ac and left without telling me the problem . i had to call service cetre again to find out the problem and i was informed that they will take my ac back for repair. till date no one has come to repair the ac . 3 days back i re registered my complaint and my complaint num is[protected] till date no one has called me for service . i m sick and tired of calling samsung service centre . pls help me with this issue Was this information helpful? | |||
