Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — LCD Not working

I have purchased this TV back in 2009. Recently it started acting weird, the picture was coming as Negative, all of a sudden. So I have registered a complaint with the customer service support team for the same. Here is the complaint number for your reference (Complain Number: [protected]) on August 18th. One of the technician visited the house to check the television. He came with no parts parts on with him. He opened the TV and started looking into it. Then he mentioned, he is not sure. The problem can be because of TCON board or panel. He gave the rough estimate for both separetly, for TCON around Rs 8000.00 and for Panel around Rs 25000.00. Then we asked him to check to TCON first, because if it is around 8 to 10 thousand, we can think of getting the TV fixed but if it is more than that there is no point of spending so much money. He said, because they dont have the TCOM bother in stock, they have to order it. After 3 - 4 days the customer service center guys called us and said the samsung stopped making TCON board and there is only one option left which is to replace the Panel, which will cost around Rs 24000.00. We paid so much money when we bought the television and we cant spend another Rs 25000.00 to get it repaired. We are ready to spend some money to get it fixed. This is a waste of money for us. I will never opt for samsung again if this is the case, also i will not recommend anyone to go for samsung. I would really appreciate, if you guys can find a mid way to resolve my problem.
