[Resolved] Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — led tv not repaired even after a month | |||
Samsung led tv model number UA23F4002ARMXL Sl No 2365ZND804921W work order number 3366 was given for repair on the 16th of June 2014 as the panel was broken and it s not ready even today. It was purchased two months ago and the service people are charging for the repair and it is still not repaired. These people are not bothered about what the customers go through. Normally service should be provided at the earliest and there are certain rules which say that if we do not collect the item in a stipulated period of time they will not return it however what if they do not give the product to us in time. The time they advised was a week and it is been more than a month. We should make them liable for not delivering the product in time and penalize them. Was this information helpful? | |||
