[Resolved] Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — Misleaded by service centre | |||
i have a samsung mobile, it used to get switch off very often.i went to samsung authorised service centre and they advised me to buy i new battery, so i purchased a battery worth 1250/-from your authorised dealer, but the problem was still not solved.i went again to the service centre, they kept the phone for few hours and returned back saying charge it for 8 hours at strech and then it will work properly.i did the same but was still facing same problem.i went again to the service centre and this time they said that your cell phone's mother board has to be changed which will cost around 5000/- because you warranty expired 2 days back. sumit kedia ([protected]) Was this information helpful? | |||
