Dear Sir, My Samsung Primo Duos Mobile Hand Set Model No SCH- W-279 Daul Sim Cdma Gsm Mobile My hand set no:[protected], A 0000039EDDDB2 Purchased In Month Year Mar 2013, On 16Th of Sep 2014 Mrng Sudden My Hand Not Working Not Switch on It Just Displey SCH W279 That It It Not Switch On Fully So I Went Your Samsung Service Center At Citi Center Abids Koti Road Hyderabad In Counter He Said That In My Mobile Software Problem or Board Problem Said By Counter Service Exective. He Took My Hand Set And Ask Me To Come After 2 Hours So I Went After 2 Hours Then He Said Board Has To Be Replace He Just Return My Hand Set When I Ask The Cost He Said Rs 4000/ I Said I purchase The Mobile Just 18 Months Back How Can It Damage.He Not Given Proper Respect When He Said That I Will Lost The Data If Software Problem I Requested That Pl See That My Contact Nos Should Not Deleted He Saying If You Want 2 To Do U Do Else Take Back Your Mobile. on Wed 17th Sep Evng I Went To Cell Square In Jagdish Market Abids Hyderabad He Took My Mobile And Repaired In 24 Hrs He Said Bord Is Ok Due To Water Went In Side It Not Working In Just 550/ He Repaired And Given Now It Working Perfectly, Today I Went To Your Service Center And Said That How You Said That My Bord Has To Replace And I Told I Will Complaint He Said You Can Complaint To Coustmer Care, I Have No Problem. There Fore I Request To Concered officer Please Take The Action On Service Provider How He Said Bord Has To Replace We Go To Authroised Service Centeres Becoze We Get Good Service Sir; Tnx C.Dharmender Singh

We Go To Company Service Center So We Get Gd Service And Normal Charges But Your Mobile Service Provider Is Waste Thy Wont Give Proper Response So Am Not Satisfy With Your Authrosie Service Provider I Request To Kindly Take Action.
