It is very unfortunate that your company has failed in its goal of best services to its customers . I have been affected by your poorest After Sale Services . I had registered a complaint with you on 1st September 2014 for my Samsung TV not working whose ref. no. is [protected] but the same has not been considered yet seriously. Once your field engineer visited my place but did not give any detail of the product and vanished. After few days I did contact on toll free no i gave all the detail to your counsler Where I had been given assurance of attending the same within 24 hours but in vain. It is really very shameful that more than 25 days are lapsed but my complaint is still pending with you . It is for your kind information that I am using almost all Samsung company’s products like LCD, mobiles, refrigerator and microwave oven etc. and in future I will never suggest any body to use your company’s products . If my complaint will not be resolved within one week I may be forced to take some legal action or the things may be published in newspapers.
