[Resolved]  Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — Plasma TV PS51E550D Panel issue

I Had purchased SAMSUNG PS51E550D Plasma Tv in Sep-2012 and it was worked for one year. In the month of Oct-13 (after complete warranty period) having panel issue(horizontal lines). I approached the customer care Complaint No:[protected] they came and suggested me to replace the Panel and they will charge 26K to me for replacement. I requested them to replace it in free of cost, but i didn't got any response from them. Now it was completely dead. Again i raised a complaint [protected]. the support team came and told me that the panel was dead need to replace it not sure panel issue or something else ! . A product with price tag 78, 000 INR, will only work for one year ? after two year again we need to spend another 26K. Please try to understand me... I'm OK to replace it with 26 K, but how many days will it work for me ?. Hi there Please help me i'm very unhappy with this, not only me there are 100 of Indian people facing same issue.
