Dear Sir, Most humble and respectfully I beg to state that I made a complain on 21st may 2014 about my LED TV 28 inch my complain number is [protected], I have purschase it on 140th january 2014 but unfortunately the pannel got damaged I have purchase it for watching FIFA world cup 2014, and I was told by service centre that it will be replaced within 15 days but till now nothing has been done I am very sad about it, when I personnally phone guwahati people they have told me that it has been send from the headquarter only on 11th june 2014 and I was inform that it will take 17 days that means it will take the whole month, So I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful please and make replacement of the pannel of my LED TV. thanking you.
