I HAD REGISTERED THE COMLAINT ON 1 SEPTEMBER 2014 OF MY SAMSANG TV BUT IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE THAT COMPLAINT HAVE NOT BEEN ATTENDED SERIOUSLY. AFTER SOME DAYS OF MY COMPLAINT REGISTRATION I FURTHER REMINDED THE COMPLAINT ON TOLL FREE[protected]. BUT IN VAIN . I DONT KNOW HOW YOU HAVE FIXED YOUR GOAL OF BEST SERVICE.. I AM REALLY SHOCKED AT YOUR DETERIORATING SERVICES WHILE I AM USING ALL THE PRODUCTS OF SAMSUNG GROUP . 26 DAYS ARE LAPSED BUT YOU COULD NOT RESTORE ME SERVICE. VERY SHAMEFUL .
