[Resolved] Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — Regarding defective mobile handset | |||
This is to in form you that after i bought you Samsung phone, I am greatly disappointed with it. I had to give the phone to your customer center at-least 6 times in 6 months. I faced different issues such as charging issue, network issue, hardware issues, headphone-speaker issue just within 8 months. Is this what you provide to the customers- this is the default demanding piece that your center is also saying. I want replacement of my phone before my one year warranty expires, else I will raise this issue to media and court to claim it professionally. I am also disappointed with the service center response towards my reports. I had asked several times that i want service report receipts but they are not giving it and saying that you will get online and when i call or check online they say take from service center. This is a serious harassment to consumes like me and i feel it to report it. I told many times to replace my piece but got very bad response from your company center.
