Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — Regarding ma Smart phone Issue

This letter is to notify you about a problem I am having with my phone Samsung s4 that I have given at service centre (lucknow) on date(1 august 2014) . My phone keeps on blinking. I am very dissatisfied with your service am hailing from town belrayan( Dist Lakhimpur Kheri) which is around 250 kM from lucknow..I have travelled 4- 5 times within 1 month to collect my phone as it was confirmed by service team that my phone is working fine now. But every time when I visited and checked my phone the issue was not resolved. Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved. I am hereby requesting that you: 1. Either replace my phone 2. Repair it ASAP (already it’s been 1 month at service center)
