Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — Samsung AC service not attending | |||
Respected Sir/Madam, I bought a Samsung Split AC on 12/11/2012 and it stopped working this month due to failure of compressor. I have contacted the customercare and registered a complaint regarding this issue for a compressor replacement which has 5 years warranty. The complaint no is [protected]. Now my problem is I lost the bill. But the customer care agents have the entire details o[censored]s including the purchase details. I've tried so many times contacting the dealer to get a duplicate bill. He has stopped attending my phone calls and also my family members. I understand that it is my mistake that I have lost the bill. But the purchase details and my address are there in the computer database for reference and evidence. I don't have the bill and I tried many times to get the bill. Kindly give me a solution to get this issue to be resolved as it has been a month.
