Dear Team, My phone was damage with little bit water. I gave my phone service center of Samsung 31. They not ready to give me any warranty. I purchased phone from Flipkart.com Samsung glaxy duos 2 at cost 8650 and samsung care centre want 11000 inr for repair. What is the matter ?. Is that possible the phone cost is 8650 and phone repair cost is 11000. Please help to give warranty. My phone is in under warranty period.I Purchased phone 12 April 14 and my phone damage in july.
