SPLIT AC BOUGHT ON April 2nd 2014 not working from the second day, samsung wants to recharge the gas but I need a factor fresh AC for which I paid and not what is going to be rectified at my place with out any promise for a replacement I have waited for 20 days running from pillar to post but no use from the customer care guys.
