I buy one ac split unit last year MARCH, 2013 i called many time the service center in SAUDI ARIBIA eastern province DAMAM call center they give me appointment MARCH, 16, 2014 AT 03.00 PM no body show up i called tall free they told me we will see then we will call you back till today no respond am sorry to tell you that i have friends have the same complain we deside we will never buy any product from samsung any more .
