Dear Sir/Madam, This is for your kind information, That we have purchased samsung AC machine on dated 9th feb 2010, model no. AW18ZKA invoice no. FESC/09-10/04889 It frequently goes out of order. Recently we complain(no.[protected] dated 21.06.14).Your service center(Techtronics, 99, Ramkrishna nagar, kolkata-700153).Done service and made bill of Rs.-7869/- dated 09.07.14. Just after 5 day's again it goes out of order for which we have docket(no.-[protected] dated-29.07.14)and no one ready of give service.Being a bonafied customer we frequently been harassed by your service center.
