[Resolved]  Samsung — Extremely disappointed with the product and after sales service

I am Jaspreet from Pune. I had purchased Galaxy z flip in Jan 21 from Phoenix Market city Pune. And in just about 3 months I started to see a prominent line on the fold. Since it was a lockdown I called the helpline on 23 April and they asked me to pay 10000 for the screen which is ridiculous why would someone pay for a manufacturing defect.

Now the line is looking extremely bad.

Due to the lockdown everything was shut in Maharashtra so recently a few days back to a went to the nearest service center in Kalyani nagar but they refused to take up this claiming its a premium phone and they are not authorized to these phones. They asked me to go to Swargate center which is the oldest and is authorized to repair premium ones. They also told me that it is definitely a manufacturing defect.

I called up the Swargate center and spoke with Mr Nitin there, first he told me he assured me someone will contact me and pick up the handset from my place and give me a spare premium phone yo use. Then after a couple of days he tells me they can't pick up the handset I will have to visit them since I live far. Which is absolutely not my problem.

Then he directs me to another center in Kharadi.

I am trying to call Kharadi center but nobody answers the phone.



I feel so damn frustrated for taking this phone and getting into such a situation.

And I feel I should send a copy of this mail to all the newspapers and on social media so that everyone knows what kind of after sales you have.
