Samsung — Faulty handset

I purchase this phone on[protected], after 3 month phone start to hang and overheat as it is going to explode.
they replace my new phone motherboard with refurbished one.
since then it is hang a lot and overheat .
I tried reformat it so many times.
i register complaint in corporates office gurgaonthey extend my warranty 1 year
it is not software issue
i am not happy with this phone, i invested 80000rs in this phone and got nothing, they are not replacing or repairing phone ow
from 1 month now same issue happen again
service center cannot fix issue as it is not in front of them hang
corporate office want to test phone for 2 days but do nothing
kindly help in getting replacement or repair or refund.
