Samsung — Faulty transaction. | |
Hi, I had a issue with payment while trying to buy a phone through Samsung wesite( Samsung Shop Order ID #[protected]). Money was deducted from my bank account but order was failed and cancelled saying it was due to payment failure. This happened on March 4th 2021. Since then i have contacted the bank and raised a charge back request to the Merchant bank( Merchant is Samsung here). But it's been more than a month since the request and maximum time for return of the money was 30 days. Now the bank is saying i should contact the merchant for resolution. I have also contacted Samsung customer care. And they have just told me to contact the bank. So I'm writing this to seek some console. Please advise and please help. Was this information helpful? | |
