Samsung — Freezing and Reboot issue with M31

Have update my Samsung M31 phone software last week which I received from Samsung and post that I am facing an issue that my phone it freezes and Reboot own it own and I am facing this issue from last 3-4 days. Its a purely Samsung mistake to provide such a FAULTY SOFTWARE UPDATE with a bug. Please help me to resolve this issue asap.

Still not get any response from Samsung, Dont understand why company is taking so long for responding on customer queries. Really unprofessional. Please help us to resolve this issue.
