Samsung — Galaxy A52S 5G phone face unlock issue - Need refund | |
Regarding The Samsung Product Complaint -[protected] (A52S face unlock Issue) Regarding A52S mobile phone: Phone was purchased on 26th October 2021 in India and I am following with Samsung CEO desk team for the last 10 days on A52S face unlock issue. Visited 3 times in the service center and they reported that they didn't find any issue with face unlock. Although I had sent them multiple videos with issue but your people seems didn't trust me, The fact is your phone don't have dedicated sensor for face unlock and its relying on poor front selfie camera, I observed that selfie camera can unlock with face unlock mechanism only when there is kind of direct light on my face or unless I am in daylight In the video I have captured face in small room with tube light by showing back to tube light (This shouldn't be an problem since front camera is able to capture face for face unlock) and after that I have tried to unlock face multiple times but it did not succeed and when i turned my face in front of light, it started unlocking phone, again when i turned back, its failed to detect my face. I cannot have light on my face all the time while face unlock and that's why its failing to unlock face in 1st attempt most of the times I am not happy with inconsistent/unreliable face unlock feature and the way service center trying to justify themselves every time As end customer I am suffering with issue and your people are just roaming me to service center every time I need refund as i informed Samsung regarding issue next day of purchase Was this information helpful? | |
