I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the disgusting approach of Samsung towards their customers. I have paid for a premium phone which has a manufacturing defect. While buying I was told the screen is super strong and nothing will happen to the fold. However in 3 months time I started to see a bubble line on the fold which increased in a months time. My first call was made to the call center on 23 April. I am still struggling between the customer service across the city. And I have been told that I have to pay for the screen for no fault of mine.
