I had bought a samsung gear model no sm-v7000zkainu serial no rf2da0ryg1m. Was purchased on 02/02/2017 and i got the problem within 4 days from the date of purchase.
The gear is submitted to the service center on 06/02/2017 having job card no /bill no of the service center is [protected], the service center asked me to submit the box charger and the original bill of the purchase as it was within 7 days of the purchase the company policy is replacement or money refun. So i submitted to miss. Nilima. I received a call from the service center on 09/02/2017 asking me to get a letter from the dealer from which is purchased for the confirmation which was provided by me to her on same day 09/02/2017.
After few days i went to the service center after 7 days asking for the status they said waite for more 7 days u will get a replacement brand new.
Again when i went to the service center after 11 days she told me to give the id you will get the money refund within 10 days in between i had called the call center two times but once i got the call refrence no is 7267864.
No again when went few days back go to see the concern person who knew my matter and following up has left the job miss nilima and other executive attended me and asked me to waite for 2 days as she was unaware about my matter then after 2 days she also assured me for mostly refund now suddenly one person call me saying your part was unavailable so now its available and your gear will get repaired within 15 this call was last week sonone called from pune.
My main think are mention below
1-first of all the gear gave m, e a problem within 4 days from the date of purchase
2- company policy is within 7 days if anything goes wrong is replacement / refund that is why the service center asked for box, charger original bill and letter from the seller which i have attest with the complain acknowledge/received by the service center
3- now almost 45 days have passed from the day one they said i will get a replacement or refund and now suddenly they are saying your part is received and your gear will get repaired and will be given to you within 15 days why should i take repaired one when the company policy is within 7 days replacement or refund
4- i was assured for refund for which they had taken my id proof also so i am not interested in this gear as looking after the services and i do not have faith in your product and in future if again anything goes wrong you will take more 45 to 60 days to repair.
5 - i just want a refund and pay me for the mental torture for which i have gone through as i wasted my time in visiting to the service center so many times
Please take my matter and look in to it and do the needful i just want refund as assured by the company and compensation for the above mental torture and harassment faced by me
