I PURCHASED SAMSUNG MOBILE SM-A31 ON DATED 01/07/2020, SAMSUNG MOBILE COMPANY HAS GIVEN ME DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS BECAUSE ON SECOND DAY STARTED ISSUES IN SAMSUNG MOBILE I.E VOICE CRACKING, HANGING, SLOW PROCESSING, TAKING SO MUCH TIME FOR BATTERY CHARGING, OVER HEATING ETC, I APPROACHED IN SAMSUNG MOBILE SERVICE CENTER AND SAMSUNG MOBILE CUSTOMER CARE MOST OF THE TIME FOR THE SAME...

मैंने 1 जुलाई 2020 को सैमसंग मोबाइल a31 खरीदा रुपया 21, 999/- मे पर उसके दूसरे दिन 2 जुलाई 2020 को मुझे सैमसंग मोबाइल a 31 हैंडसेट में तकलीफ आनी शुरू हो गई तकलीफ इस प्रकार है की प्रोसेसर बहुत स्लो चल रहा है, कुछ भी ओपन करता हूं ओपन होने में बहुत समय लगता है, बात करते समय आवाज फटनी लगती है, HEATING ISSUES, साउंड क्रैक होना चालू हो जाता है, कभी-कभी मोबाइल का स्क्रीन अपने आप इधर-उधर भागने लगता है और मोबाइल हैंग हो जाता है, मोबाइल की बैटरी चार्ज होने में ढाई घंटे लगता है और भी बहुत बहुत सारे इश्यूज इस मोबाइल हैंडसेट सैमसंग a-31 मे विद्यमान है क्योंकि सैमसंग की तरफ से से मुझे डिफेक्टिव प्रोडक्ट दिया गया है||

ON DATED 15/09/2020 SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER MIRA ROAD REPORTED AS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AS I WAS SAYING...QC FAIL (kindly find the attachment)...IF YOU WANT YOU CAN CHECK IT OUT FOR THE SAME...NOW REPLACE OR RETURN MY MONEY AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE...
