I PURCHASED HOME THEATRE HT-F453RK/XL-DAV FROM M/S DEE KAY VISION - 35, SCO 374, SEC 35-B, CHANDIGARH - 160035, TIN: [protected] VIDE THEIR INVOICE NO. SC637, SAMSUNG REF NO.: ACA[protected] DT. 5.9.2014. I REQUESTED FOR INSTALLATION, OUR REQUEST NO. : [protected]. THE PERSON WHO VISITED US TWICE WAS UNABLE TO INSTALL THE SAME AND WE CALLED HIM SEVERAL TIME BUT TO NO BENEFIT, INSTEAD WE RECIEVED A CALL FROM YOUR SERVICE CENTRE AND THEY INFORMED US THAT THEY WILL CHARGE RS. 450.00 FOR INSTALLATION. WE DENIED THE SAME AND USING YOUR MANUAL INSTALLED THE SAME MYSELF AND DURING INSTALLATION DISCOVERED THAT ONE OF THE SPEAKERS IS NOT WORKING. WE IMMEDIATELY CALLED M/S DEE KAY VISION AND INFORMED ABOUT THE SAME. A SERVICE ENGINEER, MR. RAM SAGAR, VISITED ABOUT A WEEK LATER AND DISCOVERED ONE OF THE CARDS TO BE FAULTY AND THE HOME THEATRE IS LYING UNUSED SINCE THEN. A BRAND NEW PRODUCT IS OF NO USE. WE HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING HIM FOR THE SAME SINCE THEN BU TO NO USE. WE ARE FEELING VERY BAD AND CHEATED BY YOU COMPANY AND ARE LEFT WITH NO CHOICE.
