[Resolved] Samsung — In warranty phone samsung A50s | |||
My samsung a50s phone is in warranty service center employee take and recieve my phone since 15 days before and now they said my phone doesn't have sticker on back so we don't repaire or change your phone know tell me if my phone doesn't have any sticker on back so why they take my phone, my original bill from me is it your customer service and customer satisfaction. You are such a big name but deeply inside you are doing very cheep work i will never buy samsung phone in my future and tell other the same thing. I hope you guys resolve my problem and take an action againts this service center and give me justice. Service center details are in my screen shot which i attached on this complaint.
