[Resolved] Samsung India — About service related | |||
Sir I am from morbi India. From today morning my mobile which was getting switch off again and again although buying new in 26/06/2016. When connect charges of is showing 75% charges then removing charger and immediately get shutdown. I have visited nearest customer care unit but they said that there is battery problem and you have to put your mobile for 2 days . They have battery their stock but did not even check by changing another battery and direclty said that keep mobile for 2 days . When i complined by phone then not satisfactory answer gotten from delhi. My mobile number is [protected], [protected] If service is like that then we have to keep 2 mobiles in our pocket ! Why peaples are irresponsible like that why i have to trust in Samsung. You have to take action immediately Was this information helpful? | |||
