I purchased two Samsung Triangular design 1.5 ton split ACs about three years back. Since, then every season, I have to get them repaired for one reason or another.
Even after raising multiple replacement requests, nothing has been done. Now, for last two weeks, again one of the ACs stopped working. I have escalated the issue about three times in last 2 weeks (the latest complaint no. - [protected]). Every time a service engineer visits, he comes up with a new problem. Two weeks back, I was told that the PCB is not working and it will take about 3-4 days to procure the part. After four days, another engineer visited and told me that PCB is working fine, its the compressor which is faulty. Now again, after two days another engineer visited and said that both PCB and compressor are not working. I called up his senior (Akshardeep Jit Singh - [protected]) and asked him what is all this mess about and should I be escalating the matter with Samsung. He very rudely told me that if I think things will get resolved this way, I am free to do so!.
I request Samsung to look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest. Also, some action should be taken against such people who go around spoiling the brand image in the eyes of the customers.
