[Resolved]  Samsung India — AC exchange

I am purchase my ac on 24.03.2017 from Serve & care Z square mall Kanpur. But second day AC gas leaked, as per company policy in one month AC is complaining then AC is exchange or amount will be refunded. I am complaining on 03.04.2017 to my AC exchange my complain no. [protected]
And refunding ref. No. Is [protected] but in 10 days no response and it's cooling in room

Today Samsung representative Mr. Ankit is not receive my call service center executive Mr. Rajendra also cut my call. How I know my complain status. No. One give satisfied answer.
I am also submitted required paper in service center but no response for complain
