[Resolved] Samsung India — ac not serviced | |||
Dear samsung team,. This email is in regards to the ac servicing happened in the month of march 15th.ac refiling has been done by the team from samsung. The ac has been used only for 2months. Recently have switched on the ac now there is no cooling. Post then i have called the samsung team. Now they say have to refill as the gas has been leaked. This has to be taken up by the company as being a customer. This is not be proper serviced and now non of the service team is not reverted now. Per day new issues create this mobile.
SAMSUNG Nashik service center not solved this issues.So regret to say i am Unhappy to samsung mobile use.
