Samsung India — AC repair request | |||
I have complained regarding the water leaks in air conditioner on 28/May/2016. Till today that is 31/5/16, 9 pm I did not got any call from Samsung till now. I called more than 9 times to the customer service. But no response from anyone yet. One of the customer service representatives took my call at 7.45 pm he dint talk anything and put me on hold for more than 22 minutes. Finally I had disconnect the call. His name is HARI. I want action on all the responsible persons and need a apology letter from Samsung. If not I will proceed further with this complain to the senior officials of this company and the media.
