[Resolved] Samsung India — Bad customer service | |||
I had complained about my recently purchased TV which displays scrambled channels when connected to satellite receiver. The complaint was emailed even to the CEO desk of the company. I was assured of a timely help. Its more than a month there is no help provided. The technician when contacted mentions that he has no software to upgrade the system. The customer service writes mails mentioning that my telephone numbers are not accessible which is not true. On some occasions the local service fellow calls us & the Samsung India customer service executives say my number is not accessible. Need help... Was this information helpful? | |||
