I am customer of samsung company. I am fully trust on samsung company i love this brand but this time i have very bad experience with this brand because samsung mobile which having invoice detail as attached file. This mobile is water proof as said company. I was in swimming pool with carry water proof mobile which having depth not more than 1.5 mtr and 30mins my cell phone was damaged so i had submitted in customer service office in rajkot so i had bad experience for service because if company said mobile is waterproof and if it damaged due to water and service department asked charges for repairing than what it means to say its waterproof. And let you know customer service executive should have to do first inspection on cell you should not say directly charges of repairing of it and also suggest us to its good to take service out side company its chipper than samsung store. So what it means that samsung company service executive say to take service out side than what is ingenuity of samsung company.
So my kind request to company that please take charge of this and at list first take initiative for investigation (Inspection) of any repairing work instead of direct giving any answer or inspection nobody can denied to give service of any genuine company. After result of inspection company have to decide what is truth.
Here i had attached all related document regarding my instrument and i hope as good company cell phone will give satisfied answer of it and should have take strict action with bad service of customer service desk.
