[Resolved] Samsung India — Battery Issue from the day of purchase- I got Manufacturing defect product | |||||
Dear Sir, I’m very much frustrated with Samsung customer service and product. I have purchased this mobile in July 2016 for 57, 100. After a month I started facing battery issue I thought due to a software issue. I went Samsung center-[protected] multiple times. They updated software but again problem not resolved. And I called Samsung toll-free number many times they did some troubleshooting but still problem not resolved. And I asked for the new mobile replacement and it went top level approval and got rejected by Mumbai team. They advised me to do the service and will replace the motherboard & battery if there is any problem. I agreed to open my mobile to do service, now they are saying that waterlog in the center part of the motherboard. I used Temper cover case and complete mobile case every time. This mobile is water and dust resistance. My question is 1. How the waterlog in the center part of the motherboard even water resistant. 2. I had very bad experience with Samsung service center ([protected]). 3. Why unwantedly creating a story for money? 4. Without my knowledge how the mobile will be waterlogged? Now they are saying I need to pay for this it won't cover under warranty. These kinds of stupid money minded service centers reducing the Samsung brand reputation. I have attached the photos of Motherboard. After almost a year fight with Samsung service center, now my warranty period going to end by July 2nd, 2017 (Sunday).
