Samsung India — Bed quality product | |||
Fact of the Case: 1. I Purchased Samsung 32” LED TV F5100 from Sales India Private Limited on 29 June 2014. 2. LED TV was duly installed by Samsung on time. LED was running very well till May 2015. 3. Display of LED TV stopped working suddenly in May-2015 so I communicated this issue with Samsung customer service and a. They arranged a mechanic and he found that complete screen need to be replaced. b. LED TV was under warranty at that time hence Samsung replaced said screen in May 2015 without any charges. 4. After that LED TV was running well till 04th Jan 2016 but display screen stopped working again on 05th Jan, 2016 within period of 7 months. 5. I communicated this with Service center and they arranged a mechanic. He found that it was the same problem as before and display screen need to be replaced again. But as warranty period has expired hence we need to incur Rs. 15084/-as replacement charges. Issues: 1. LED TV you sold through Sales India Private limited had manufacturing defect and/or product is not as per the quality standard hence display screen was not working properly. 2. There is defect or problem in LED TV which cause the damage to display screen again and again and as per my understanding that defect was not removed during previous repair hence Samsung is responsible for all damage. 3. Samsung is a highly reputed brand, we expect standard and high quality product but it seems that Samsung are not maintaining that quality hence display screen was not working more than10 months.
