[Resolved] Samsung India — Carelessness of Samsung service | |||
This complaint is regarding the carelessness of the samsung service centre. I have submitted my phone samsung galaxy a8 at the samsung service centre near dondaparthy, visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh for replacement of the glass. I have given the phone on 5th of july after being promised that i'll be getting back the phone on 8th july as i'll be out of station after that. The service centre failed to deliver it on the given date. So i called to the manager of the service centre mr. Ramraju regarding this issue and he was speaking so carelessly and he was answering to me in a rude manner. I want immediate action to be taken against him and i want my compensation from samsung for the loss of my valuable time. Was this information helpful? | |||
