My name is dr. Manish karna and i brought s8 + mobile on 08th july 2017 using hdfc credit card because there was cash back offer of rs. 3000. I had to register the same hdfc credit card which was used for purchase with samsung pay. When i tried registering the card, it showed error as "invalid card". When i enquired from samsung call centre, they said since it is a dinners card, it cannot be supported as per the terms and conditions. When i enquired about terms and conditions their response was that they cannot share. This is against the fundamental right of customer. When i enquired about the email i'd on which i can raise complain, they also deny that. Anyways, i read terms and conditions through samsung store, nowhere it written that dinners card is not supported. This is absolutely cheating with customers and moreover how can samsung deny sharing terms and conditions. This is also against the honourable supreme court ruling in one such case.in view of the above, my prayer is to not only refund the cash back but also compensate me for the mental trauma i have suffered through.
