I have purchased Samsung Note 4 with Invoice Date October 17th 2016 through Flipkart. I have given Samsung Note 4 (White) for repair which was under warranty (more 3 months) on July 24th 2017 @ 12:10 Pm. Executive told that it has a blank display and it will be repaired under warranty. But after some time (12:48 pm) service centre management called me and said that mobile has been pressed and it will not cover under warranty. They told it will cost Rs.10, 900. I told don't repair, I will come and speak with your manager. I went to service centre and argued that it has been damaged in your premises only and I asked them to show CCTV camera recordings. The executive took my mobile to technician room. I have seen this from back side view. But I asked them to show from front side view. Manager said that we don't have camera on that view. This is first mistake from them. I have gone through the technician room camera also. He took my mobile (I don't know whether that mobile belongs to me or not), but it a white mobile . He saw a minute and handover to the other executive (12:33 Pm). From there, there is no recording. I got a call from them by 12:48 Pm. I asked them why didn't you inform me after you found the problem. They answered me in a funny way that we have our works. Their work is to provide a good service.
I have lodged a complaint in Police Station also. But they suggested me to lodge a complaint in Consumer Forum. Kindly check my mobile which was in scratch less condition.
I have been using Samsung Mobiles Since 5 Years (Grand, Grand 2, Note 2, Galaxy E7, Note 4 and now C9 Pro). With this you will come to know how much I love Samsung Mobile. Even I suggested my colleagues also to go for Samsung Mobile.
So kindly take a severe action on this. This should not repeat to other customers.
I have already lodged a complaint in Consumer Forum with Complaint No. - 364168. If you resolve my problem then I will withdrawl from Consumer Forum.
