HI I AM purchase Samsung j2 in august 2016 after 9 month the phone touch is not working then i go to service center after 1 days they call me their is a liquid and i am escalated my case then your executive take 6 days and said you charge 4500 i am agree because i am suffering from mobile but this is cheat after 30 min they said the charge is 6391/- i am very frustrate from trhis type of samsung service every service center decide the complete condition like damage and liquid at front of customer. my mobile serial number is SM-J210FZDDINS), bearing serial # (RZ8H61P281D).
