Sub - handset (A5 2017) not work within 2 days from the purchasing
Sir/madam
With due respect i, undersigned, i have purchased new mobile handset a5 2017 amount of rs-30, 500/- on 27/04/2017 and next day set power key not work and the said handset submiteed on 04/05/2017 at raiganj uttar dinajpur samsung care. But unfortunately they did not response till date and said the said hand set will not be repair because i have not purchased from uttar dinajpur district. Please do the needful regarding the matter.
