[Resolved] Samsung India — complaint about mobile | |||
Dear concern This is reference with my mobile handset s8 plus. My mobile display is scratch ed by normal use. I went to to okhla new delhi service centre andmet mr ashish sharma. He refuse me to change the display. The display made with is gorilla glass and seems there is some manufacturing defect and need to be replace. Pls look the matter on priority and resolve my problem. Consumer complaint Team .
This is to inform you I received immediate call from Mr Rahul Tripathy(10.31 Am ) Mob No-[protected] who claim to be authorised Person from Samsung and asked for my Personal and Payment details .This sounds me Fake .
I cross check with Samsung Customare care and confirm there is no Rahul Tripathy from there office.
Request team to be aware of such fraud call
I also receiced Call From Mr Mayank From authorised samsung india and assure me to resolve my issue .
