[Resolved] Samsung India — Complaint against samsung customer care | |||||
Non transperancy in service centre. They dont tell the exact problem and ask for huge servicing charge once paid they again call and tell about some Other problem and again charge additional money and threat me that you have to deal with the problem. The display of my galaxy A5 broke they too around 6000rs.from me and now they called and askd for another 1325rs.saying some charging problem is also ther.
