We have purchased samsung refrigerator on 19.06.2016 bearing model numberrt47k6358sl/tl. Within a period of one year the problem started. The refrigerator is having defect on the portion on which ice is deposited i. E. Rear vents or deorderizer at the rear part of the refrigerator. Ice is frozen on that section which result in water coming out of the refrigerator and manually cleaning the water. We have reported the said problem several time to the authorized service center of samsung even during the warranty period. The representative of the service center visited and rectified the defect by carrying out the repair work and also was paid for the said work. But after certain period of time i. E. 3 to 4 months again the said problem is detected. The problem has now become a never ending issue. The representative of the service center didn't mentioned about replacement of the any parts during the said period, but after the expiry of the warranty period asked for the replacement of certain part of the refrigerator at our cost, which clears shows that the company never detected the replacement requirement during the warranty period and just carried out the repair work, however on expiry of the warranty period asked for replacement.
We purchased the refrigerator based on recommendation from several purchaser and none of them have been facing such issue but to our surprise the company sold defective piece to us and now intending to earn money at the cost of customer.
We request for replacement of the refrigerator as the problem started within just one year from the date of purchase which clearly reveals about the defect in the product. Was this information helpful? |
