[Resolved] Samsung India — Defective LCD TV | |||
Hi, I have been chasing for samsung service center from last month, but there is no resolution yet. There is a defect in part of TV, which senses the signal from the remote. Samsung service center from Koperkhairane, colortrak had sent one engineer for verification. He said there is issue with the part. After that this part has been ordered by them, and its been more than 3 weeks the part is not delivered yet. Excuses they are giving is because of GST, part delivery is getting delayed. Such a pathetic service from Samsung service center. Kindly look into this service asap. Or I need to raise this issue in Consumer Forum of India.
