Samsung India — Defective product sold | |||
Hi I had purchase a samsung refrigerator from one of its dealers 'sargam electronics, mg road, gurgaon on 21 july 2016. Model no. - rf60j9090sl. Invoice number - splaza-01885. They sold me a defective product, when i got it checked, we found out that some of the components were missing from the unit. I requested for a replacement or a refund. Company agreed for a refund, took all the documents (Twice) but have not processed the refund. I have been following up for a month, but they give some excuse or the other to not give me the refund. I have complaint multiple time on their complaint center, but there is no solution. Was this information helpful? | |||
