Dear Sir I had purchased smart TV from Samsung in Nov 2015 and since I have been facing issues with the TV and till now I have been struggling on the same, There multiple no of follow up with the company Representative till along with the CEO but all the time the resolution is provided on hit and trail basis, One issue is resolved in month time which is not acceptable to the customer, I have requested if company do not have permanent fix so in that case company can initiate the refund on the invoice amount, It is really very sad after 100 of emails and phone call to top management of Samsung things are take very casually, Request your help on this, Was this information helpful? | |||
