Samsung India — Defective vegetable basket, company refuse to replace | |||||
I purchased a samsung refrigerator (model no. RT36JSRFESL/TL, serial no. 03724PAG200529) FROM Jaipur on 3.04.2015. However, a week ago, the vegetable baskets front panel got detached from the basket for which I lodged a complaint with the company. I also emailed to the company. Company responded that it is a ''forced damage'' and I will need to purchase a new basket. I contended that the basket broke down just in 8 months in its NORMAL USE for which I can to be held responsible. The company should replace the basket free of cost. However, the company reused to do so. It appears that the basket is of faulty design having two different parts, front panel and remaining basket.Further, the basket is quite big. Due to repeated use, the front panel gave away. the basket should have been in one piece. However, the company refuses to accept its mistake. Was this information helpful? | |||||
